Advanced Alloys is excited to be building a $500 million state-of-the-art green steel and aluminum facility on the Zenith Volts Campus and to work with its partners, Nano Graphene Technologies and Zenith Volts.
NGT will work with Advanced Alloys to create graphene-enhanced steel and aluminum alloys at their adjoining manufacturing facility. NGT will source the aluminum for their batteries from Advanced Alloys.
Advanced will build Nano-enhanced Green Steel and Aluminum using the geothermal and solar towers on the Zenith Volts Campus. These products will be stronger, lighter, and more rust resistant. They will require specialized advanced manufacturing equipment for melting, mixing, and heating these new alloys.
Tinari Energy Management Services provides 3D printed structures integrated with graphene-basalt concrete, rebar, and supercapacitors for energy storage and EMP protection.

Mr. Boyd's pioneering work in AI dates back to 1988 with natural language query systems for the Air Force. He subsequently evolved machine learning applications to optimize product manufacturing and distribution schedules, billing processes, and crime detection systems. His enterprise workflow and AI-enhanced process improvement solutions have served hundreds of organizations, including federal agencies, financial institutions, Japanese manufacturers, and international concrete firms, often reducing labor requirements by over 90% while improving quality and speed. Dr. Paul Tinari, Ph.D., P.Eng, is a globally recognized scientist and engineer with a distinguished career spanning advanced energy systems, aerospace defense, and innovative construction technologies. From winning a national engineering design competition in his first year at Queens University to contributing to the cooling system design for the International Space Station, Dr. Tinari has consistently been at the forefront of groundbreaking innovation. With a Ph.D. in low-gravity fluid dynamics from the Von Karman Institute, his work on NASA and Pentagon-funded projects contributed to hypersonics research, the development of strategic defense initiatives, and advising the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the Reagan Administration. As a graduate of Investment Banking School, certified real estate appraiser, trained insurance underwriter, and licensed fixed-wing/helicopter/submarine pilot, he has acquired and built over 50 companies, owned 30+ residential apartment complexes, developed 3000+ acres of waterfront property, and executed complex financial structuring, acquisitions, and global stock listings. His deep engineering background—certified saturation diver (180m logged), underwater welder, life support technician, radiographer, NDT expert, and licensed engineer—combined with his track record of creating businesses from scratch (including green energy software and high-profile ventures) equips him to de-risk, finance, and deliver the integrated solar + BESS + battery factory + green steel + data center platform at Zenith Volts, turning policy incentives, contracted revenues, and strategic alliances into a highly financeable, build-ready project.

Mohammad Haseeb is a Solar PV Engineer with over 8 years of hands-on leadership experience in designing and delivering over 200 MW of cumulative solar PV projects across utility, industrial, commercial, and military sectors. He is well-versed in the entire life cycle of EPC and PPA projects, including feasibility studies, technical BOQ, grid interconnection, system design, and post-installation audits. He possesses strong knowledge of PVsyst, Helioscope, HOMER, AutoCAD, and other simulation tools.

Partnership to Support Battery Manufacturing, Solar, and Data Center Development in New Mexico and Beyond
Cheyenne, WY – (December 6, 2025) – Zenith Volts Corp. (“ZVC”), a developer of large-scale energy and digital infrastructure, today announced it has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with BioLargo, Inc., an innovative clean-technology company, to collaborate on the deployment and manufacturing of next-generation energy storage solutions and related infrastructure projects.
The partnership centers on the commercialization and manufacturing of BioLargo’s proprietary Cellinity™ liquid-sodium battery technology, designed for grid-scale storage, renewable integration, UV charging applications, and data center energy systems.
Under the agreement, Zenith Volts will lead project development and capital aggregation - leveraging loans, grants, tax credits, and other structured financing solutions to fund large-scale energy infrastructure initiatives. BioLargo will serve as technology licensor, engineering partner, and minority equity participant across project entities.

New Mexico Flagship Development
The joint venture’s initial focus is a major development initiative in New Mexico that is expected to include battery manufacturing facilities, solar farms, and data center infrastructure designed to strengthen regional economic development and energy resilience.
Zenith Volts is currently pursuing more than $500 million in project financing through diversified capital sources and has already secured site control across thousands of acres designated for development. Projections suggest multi-billion-dollar battery demand tied to the broader infrastructure rollout.
Upon construction of an initial battery manufacturing facility, estimated at approximately $170 million, BioLargo will license its Cellinity technology and provide engineering and project design services.
Joint Venture Structure and Expansion Pipeline
Beyond New Mexico, the companies are actively evaluating additional infrastructure opportunities where Cellinity technology and related BioLargo innovations can be deployed across energy storage, renewable power, and digital infrastructure platforms.
The agreement establishes a cooperative framework for financing, engineering, manufacturing, and deployment efforts through June 2027, with regular strategic coordination between both organizations.

Partnership to Anchor Sustainable Metals Manufacturing at New Mexico Energy Campus
Cheyenne, WY – December 10, 2025 – Zenith Volts Corporation, a developer of large-scale energy and infrastructure platforms, today announced it has signed an agreement with Advanced Alloys, LLC to support the development and operation of a next-generation green steel and aluminum production facility located within the Zenith Volts Energy Campus in New Mexico.
The agreement establishes a long-term collaboration under which Zenith Volts will design, finance, and construct critical infrastructure supporting Advanced Alloys’ state-of-the-art metals manufacturing operations.
The planned facility will leverage recycled metals and sustainable production methods to manufacture green steel and aluminum products aligned with growing industrial decarbonization demand. The site will be located on approximately 40 acres within the Zenith Volts Energy Campus, part of a broader 8,400-acre advanced industrial development platform in New Mexico.

Under the agreement, Zenith Volts will develop and deliver essential infrastructure, including:

Water supply and treatment infrastructure
Natural gas delivery systems
Road access and site logistics
Wastewater and drainage services
Advanced Alloys will lease the project site under an initial 15-year term, with renewal options structured into the agreement. Zenith Volts will retain ownership of the land and infrastructure assets, while Advanced Alloys will own and operate the manufacturing facility and plant equipment. The agreement also establishes minimum utility purchase commitments to ensure baseline energy utilization aligned with industrial production needs.
